Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and now residing in New Hampshire, Mike’s resume includes a tour of duty in the Navy, self employment as a residential and commercial painting contractor and work as a facilities manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Along the way he gained a bachelors in Atmospheric Science and found himself playing guitar in a signed band during the peak of the grunge movement.

“I’ve always admired architecture and think having worked in the painting industry really allowed me to see the artistic side of structures and gain an understanding of how light played into the perception of space . I spent a lot of time painting houses and have refinished tons of woodwork in some very historic houses during the housing boom in the early 2000’s and am excited to use my eye for art with my understanding of space and light to bring architecture to life.”

When Mike isn’t working he enjoys spending time exploring New Hampshire with his wife, spoiling his three cats and doing random home improvement projects.
